Hyperion Bank will never call customers to request account verification, personal information or a one time password (e.g. two-factor authentication code) by telephone. 

There is an active telephone scam targeting Hyperion Bank customers.

 

We have received reports that fraudsters are placing calls while spoofing our main phone number (215-789-4200), causing "Hyperion Bank" to appear on your caller ID. These callers are falsely claiming that your account has been compromised and asking you to verify your account information or click a link sent to your mobile phone.

 

These calls are NOT from Hyperion Bank.

 

Please be aware of the following:

 

• Hyperion Bank will NEVER call you to request account verification, passwords, or one-time passcodes over the phone.

• Hyperion Bank will NEVER ask you to click a link sent via text message to confirm your identity. 

• If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from Hyperion Bank, hang up immediately and call us directly at 215-789-4200 or 404-381-2110 to verify.
