Upgraded Online Banking 

Your new Hyperion Digital Banking and Bill Pay experience is coming soon, so now is a great time to make sure your information is up to date. Doing so will make this transition as seamless as possible.

 

From within the existing app on your smartphone or from your desktop, log in to the current online banking system and review your physical and mailing addresses, email address, and phone number on file with us to ensure a smooth transition once the new Digital Banking Experience goes live early this summer.

 

The New System

  • Easier account management from your computer, tablet or phone with a simpler design and improved security features.

  • New tools to help you stay on top of your finances.

  • Consumer and business customers will use the same robust app, with everything in one place.

  • As part of the new, more streamlined Bill Pay portal, please keep your most recent billing statements from payees to ensure accuracy when verifying bill information.

 

Important Information

  • Bill Pay and Zelle will not be available after 6/1.

  • Scheduled bills will still be processed until 6/5.

  • If you have bills scheduled between 6/5 and 6/10, please schedule them before 6/1 if possible.

  • If rescheduling before 6/1 is not possible, payments can be rescheduled after 6/10.

  • Keep your billing statements available to verify all biller account numbers and payment addresses are loaded correctly into the new bill pay experience.

  • The new bill pay experience will never debit your account before your payee receives and deposits their payment.
